- New Standard Public Consultation Now Underway

GoodWeave is developing a new certification standard to address the issue of child labor in carpet weaving communities more holistically. The new standard, which includes new criteria such as those relating to wages and working conditions, was revised following the first round of public consultation, during which over 300 individual comments were received.
