2011 Annual Report
This report details GoodWeave USA accomplishments from 2011, including a 30 percent increase in U.S. certified rug sales generating more than $212,000, of which 83 cents per dollar went to core programs; the expansion of the consumer awareness campaign, which reached more than 60 million consumers, designers and businesses; the launch of GoodWeave programs in Afghanistan; the debut of GoodWeave rugs in Macy's stores; and the expansion of our rug certification standard to include environmental, labor and transparency criteria was approved for implementation.

At the age of five, Manju was already working on the rug looms. While she has since been found and freed from illegal carpet work, some 250,000 children throughout South Asia still toil in obscurity.
